A trainee lawyer in Karachi with prior internship experience in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law. She is familiar with corporate governance, compliance, procurement, PPP frameworks, and regulations.
Soha is a trainee lawyer at our Karachi office. She joined the firm after completing internships at multiple well-regarded law practices across Pakistan, where she contributed to matters involving corporate, commercial, and intellectual property work. During this time, she also developed familiarity with corporate governance processes, compliance obligations, procurement and public-private partnerships frameworks, and regulatory considerations.
She has additionally served as a researcher and writer at her university’s legal research centre, contributing to policy-focused projects and comparative legal analysis. Her academic work includes research on the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), and on legal dimensions of cyberwarfare, reflecting her interest in the diverse areas of legal academia.
Outside of her professional interests, Soha enjoys reading, writing, and baking.
She speaks English and Urdu.
