Trainee Lawyer
Minahil Azam Khan
A trainee lawyer in the Islamabad office with experience across leading law firms, corporate entities, and legislative bodies. She has worked on criminal, competition, election, and constitutional law matters, with additional exposure to corporate compliance and arbitration. She has also conducted research in public international law and represented Pakistan in international moot court competitions.
Minahil is a trainee lawyer at our Islamabad office. She joined the firm after completing internships and research roles at multiple well-regarded law practices, corporate firms, and legislative bodies across Pakistan, where she contributed to matters involving criminal, competition, election, and constitutional law. During this time, she also developed familiarity with corporate compliance, regulatory review work, commercial contracts, and international commercial arbitration frameworks.
She has additionally served as a legal research assistant to prominent legal professionals, conducting research on International Humanitarian Law (IHL), public international law, and legislative analysis. Her academic and advocacy background includes representing Pakistan at the highest level in prestigious international moot court competitions across Hong Kong and Central Asia, reflecting her strong foundation in complex dispute resolution.
Outside of her professional interests, Minahil enjoyscreating informative digital content to simplify complex laws for the public.
